WINDTRE Smart Device is a solution for the complete management of corporate mobile assets on Android and iOS operating systems. From a centralized platform, you can manage the entire lifecycle of mobile devices, from initial setup and distribution to app deployment, Kiosk mode, geolocation for tracking device locations, and the granular management of configurations and policies.
WINDTRE Smart Device, available in SaaS mode, includes a lightweight client installed on the user’s mobile devices. This client facilitates communication between the cloud-based service logic and the corporate device.
The configuration and activation of the service are customized to the client’s specific needs, with support for troubleshooting, information requests, and change management, including creating/modifying/deleting users, creating/assigning policies, app management, and installation, assignment, and updates. Additionally, dedicated touchpoints are available for tracking configuration requests and managing documentation repositories.
